Quizletlive: This is a great tool based on the words on the quizlet. With quizletlive students are able to work in teams to figure out vocabulary words and help each other. This tool promotes, collaboration and communication between students. THINKLINK: Make your images interactive! Students can be learning about water conservation in California in the classroom. With Thinklink, that information along with other research they conduct can be uploaded and link to a picture that other students will be able to access to learn from. The advantage of thinklink is that students conduct research and provide information to other students without even realizing it. GetKahoot: This website can be used to create in game quizzes where students work in groups or individually to answer questions. Teachers can then display the answers and have discussion based on answers.
Animoto: Students love to be creative and this is a website where pictures, music and writing come together in a video format.
Prezi: This is a tool that teachers and students can use to create a new way to present information. The great thing about it, is that prezi allows you to have information presented in a group or chronological order.
Typing Club: This program is a web based program that allows anyone to sign in with their google or facebook account to pratice typing. With most state test going from paper to computers this is an essential skill for 21st Century Scholars.
